MyPlate is an app that helps you with your diet, whether you want to lose weight or simply keep it at a healthy level. The first thing to do is sign in with your Facebook account and then fill in all your relevant info for the diet (weight, height, goal, etc.).
The main interface in MyPlate displays your recommended calorie intake. You can see at all times how many calories you have left to reach your goal, and how many you've consumed in each of your three meals. You can also view an estimated amount of protein, fat, and carbs you've consumed.
With just one button, you can add any food to your diet thanks to MyPlate's enormous database. For example, just type 'hummus' to see dozens and dozens of different options, each with corresponding nutrition facts.
MyPlate is an excellent app to help you control your diet. Plus, when you start out you can choose if you want a hard, normal, or simple diet plan.
